What happens after I place my order?Updated 14 days ago
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a succession of 2 emails.
Confirmation email: Lets you know that your order has been accepted.
Shipment email: Confirmation that the goods have left our warehouse and a tracking number to use via our courier service website. This will also contain details of how to return your goods if they are not suitable (but hopefully that won't be the case).
If you do not receive any of the above please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
Account Holders
Should you not receive any of the above emails, you can log in to your account and you will be able to check the status of any order placed.
